AsheNow is still under development. Here is what is known today about the product and its availability.
What is AsheNow?
AsheNow is a desktop AI workspace under development. It brings conversations, configurable Agents, Projects, images, video, voice, and model-provider connections into one application.
Is AsheNow available now?
AsheNow is in development and has no public download. The beta and launch notification list is open. Joining the list does not grant application access.
Which platforms are supported?
AsheNow is being built as a desktop application. Windows packaging exists in development, but public platform availability has not been announced. Other platforms are unconfirmed.
What makes AsheNow different?
The workspace is designed around Profiles, configurable Agents, and provider choice. You can set how each Agent responds and which supported model connection it uses.
When will beta testing begin?
No start date has been announced. Join the list on the beta page and select the optional beta-interest checkbox if you would like to be considered. Invitations are not guaranteed.
How does the notification list work?
Enter your email address and confirm through the email from [email protected]. Brevo manages one subscriber list and keeps your optional beta-interest preference with your contact. You can unsubscribe through the link in your confirmation email or any announcement.
When is the public release?
Release date: TBA. No public build or download is available yet.
Where does my data go?
Profiles, conversations, Agents, and generated files are stored in the local workspace. When you send a prompt, the request is sent to the AI provider configured for that Agent. Provider policies apply to that request. Voices that run on your PC do not send text anywhere.
Can AsheNow make images and video?
Yes. In the current application, an Agent can be set to make images or short videos through OpenRouter. OpenRouter bills these per use, and AsheNow shows the price before you choose a model.
Does voice cost anything?
It depends on the voice. OpenRouter voices are billed by OpenRouter. AsheNow also includes free voices that run offline on your PC, and more free voices can be added from Settings.
What is the Skyrim add-on?
An SKSE plugin for Skyrim Special Edition and Anniversary Edition on PC that lets you talk to characters through AsheNow, with spoken replies and subtitles. It is in development and not available to download yet. AsheNow is not affiliated with Bethesda.
Which AI providers are supported?
The current application includes OpenRouter, DeepSeek Direct, and Anthropic connections, as well as custom endpoints using supported OpenAI Chat Completions or Anthropic Messages protocols. This does not mean every API or provider feature works.
