What we collect and why

When you join, we collect your email address, your optional beta-interest preference, and your consent to receive emails about beta testing opportunities and public release announcements. We use this information to manage your subscription and, if you express interest, to consider you for beta testing. Joining does not guarantee an invitation.

Confirmation and service providers

Brevo manages the list, sends the verification and subscription emails, and records subscription activity such as your form submission, confirmation, and unsubscribe. Email delivery, opens, and link clicks may also be recorded to operate and monitor these messages. Your subscription is added to the AsheNow list only after you confirm by email.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from bots. Brevo and Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses and browser information, for service delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Our website hosting and Cloudflare also process requests to deliver the site.

Your choice and control

Providing beta interest is optional. You can receive public release announcements without selecting it. We use one AsheNow subscriber list, with your beta preference attached to your contact.

Unsubscribe from AsheNow updates by entering your subscribed email address in the Brevo form.

Every announcement and your final subscription confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link managed by Brevo. You can also contact [email protected] to withdraw consent, correct your information, ask about your subscription, or request access or deletion. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.

Retention

We retain subscription information while needed to provide the updates you requested. After you unsubscribe, a suppression record may be retained to respect your choice and prevent further announcements. Security and consent records may also be retained where needed to prevent abuse or meet applicable obligations.
